Peter j. Sobeck
Peter j. Sobeck (the lowercase “j” is a family trademark) was promoted from his role as Chief Recruiting Officer to Executive Vice President of Growth, brokerage & franchise operations, in February 2022. A major focus of Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is to expand its independent sales associate base as the ultimate strategy to increase vital market share.
As EVP of Growth, Peter and his team are responsible for guiding Agent Recruiting, Leadership Growth Coaching, and Franchise Sales support to drive sustained accountability and retention.
Peter is a second-generation real estate veteran who began his career in 1978 working for his mother’s firm. He has a well-rounded real estate background rooted in agent attraction and retention, as demonstrated by his very successful sales and management careers, ownership of a boutique independent company, as well as a national franchise and executive roles with Anywhere companies.
Rosalind “Roz” Booker
Roz is a principal real estate broker boasting over 27 years of experience in the Texas real estate industry. She serves as 1st Vice President of Women’s Council, Collin County; and 2nd Vice President the North Texas Association of Realtist (NAREB NTX) where she is also the Faithbased & Community Engagement liaison for the 100-City Wealth-building tour for North Texas. Roz is a real estate instructor providing continuing education and professional development courses for real estate professionals. Her education and certifications as BS/BMGT, SFR, PSA, ISA further underscore her impactful presence in the industry.
Jason Waugh
Jason Waugh leads the Coldwell Banker brand, including brand strategy and positioning, affiliate operations, and franchise sales for its growing network of 100,000 affiliated sales professionals in more than 39 countries and territories.
Jason, who most recently served as president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals, focuses on day-to-day business operations, the acceleration of franchise sales, and enhanced service to affiliates, including harnessing innovative products and technology, domestically and globally.
Prior to his time as president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals, Jason served in multifaceted roles within the industry including COO, office manager, brokerage owner, regional sales manager, and sales agent. The positions ensure Waugh’s inherent insight into every aspect of the business. Prior to his time in real estate, Waugh was a partner at Synergy Sports Management. He received his BA and Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University and Pepperdine University School of Law.
Elliot Eisenberg
Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D. is an internationally acclaimed economist and public speaker specializing in making the arcana and minutia of economics fun, relevant and educational. He earned a B.A. in economics with first class honors from McGill University in Montreal, as well as a Masters and Ph.D. in public administration from Syracuse University. Eisenberg, a former Senior Economist with the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C., is the creator of the multifamily stock index (the first nationally recognized index to track the total return of public firms principally involved in the ownership and management of apartments), the author of more than eighty-five articles, serves on the Expert Advisory Board of Mortgage Market Guide and is a regular consultant to several large real estate professional associations, hedge funds and investment advisory groups. He has spoken to hundreds of business groups and associations, often as keynote speaker. Dr. Eisenberg has been invited to testify before lawmakers and is often asked to comment on proposed legislation. His research and opinions have been featured in Bloomberg, Business Week, Bureau of National Affairs, Forbes, Fortune, and many other publications. He is a regularly featured guest on cable news programs, talk and public radio.
David Marine
Chief Marketing Officer might be his title, but being a brand champion is something David Marine has done for the 20+ years he has been working in the marketing group of the most recognized brand in real estate. David’s career has gone from creating marketing presentations to spearheading one of the most successful and applauded commercial real estate rebrands in recent history.
David’s superpower is storytelling and has enabled him to develop the highest-rated real estate ad of all time, reshape the brand’s luxury and commercial divisions, and have the most effective marketing in the industry for ten straight years. He has been named to HousingWire’s 2022 Marketing Leaders and RiSMedia’s 2022 Trendsetters list, but his greatest accolade is the title of “dad” to his 4 not-so-young anymore boys.
David also happens to be married to Wonder Woman.
Lynette Gladdis
Senior legal executive with diverse management and corporate experience. Chief Litigation Officer who is a decisive, analytical and collaborative partner focused on managing risk while facilitating business. Extensive experience with class action and complex litigation, mediation, arbitration, regulatory investigations and proceedings, corporate investigations, compliance, cyber response, data privacy, corporate financial reporting and analysis, executive and board reporting, enterprise risk management, business counseling, innovative problem solving and employee training.
Brandon Newman
Backed by an MBA in Finance, Brandon is a seasoned Senior Marketing Leader with experience in revitalizing legacy brands and driving revenue growth for organizations like Mercedes-Benz and Aston Martin. Through the development of memorable client experiences, enhanced marketing communication strategies, and strategic partnership formation, Brandon has helped to amplify brand positioning, visibility, and engagement.Prior to joining the Coldwell Banker Affiliates Team as VP of Marketing, Brandon served as Head of Marketing at Aston Martin for the North American, Latin American, and Canadian regions. Additionally, he had held pivotal roles at Mercedes-Benz USA as Customer Retention Manager for the Northeast and West Coast, as well as Digital Experience & Marketing Director where he led marketing efforts for the largest 'owned retail' operation globally. His experience extends across branding, communication strategies, digital, CRM, and experiential marketing. Brandon brings with him over 15 years of experience from the world’s most celebrated luxury automotive brands, along with a strategic vision and relentless commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Brandon’s passions include all things art, architecture, landscape, design and renovations. He splits his time between New York City and East Hampton.
Dan Spiegel
Dan Spiegel leads the global operations of Coldwell Banker Commercial ®, one of the most recognized brands in the real estate industry. As senior vice president and managing director, Dan implements strategic initiatives that support a network of over 3,000 commercial real estate professionals spanning in 171 companies throughout North America and the world.

In 2023, Dan was awarded the SIOR designation by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®; this designation honors the world’s top commercial real estate industrial and office professionals. Dan previously served in executive leadership roles at two publicly traded U.S. real estate firms, Colliers International and Grubb & Ellis Company. An innovative leader, Dan is involved in commercial real estate tech and has mentored multiple start-up firms aiming to service the CRE industry. Passionate about people and adaptation to change, he frequently writes on the topic of the intersection of technology and real estate.
Joe Quitoni
Meet Joe Quitoni, the Founder and CEO of Unify|Align, who’s shaking up the industry with a unique blend of creative and structural talents. Throughout his career, Joe has honed his skills in organizational transformation, creating game-changing competitive advantages for some of the world's biggest brands.
Before starting Unify|Align, Joe put in over 20 years at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. He served as Director of Human Resources before jumping over to the brand’s consulting firm, The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, where he led the team as Global Head of Delivery. There, he transformed and evolved their approach and methodology to create dramatic and positive impacts to the clients and businesses they served.
Kelly Reiss
Over the course of her 30-year career, Kelly has specialized in Global Mobility and played a pivotal role in designing and managing global mobility programs for corporations. Kelly’s experience spans the oversight of both Domestic and International Mobility teams, as well as Global Tax & Compensation teams. She has also been involved in driving a Global Sales team and managing Global Supply Chains. In her most recent position as Vice President of Affiliate Operations at Coldwell Banker, she is responsible for implementing and executing strategic initiatives for our affiliates.
Brett Matsuura
Brett has worked with different Anywhere brands beginning in 2017 and is currently Vice President of Learning and Development for Coldwell Banker.
Brett started his career in real estate 25 years ago as a solo agent after being honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps. Brett had eight years of military service as a Small Unit Leader in a light armored reconnaissance unit. In his two and a half decades in real estate, he sold over 1,000 properties across 26 states and has held nearly every leadership position possible within the residential real estate space, including that of independent owner.
Brett's first position at Anywhere Real Estate was as a Franchise Sales Representative for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, a role that informed him of perspective on both affiliate- and company-owned operations. Following franchise sales, Brett was named Director of Recruiting and Agent Development for a large CENTURY 21 affiliate.
Today, Brett is co-chair of the Anywhere Service ERG where he supports Anywhere-employed military veterans and those with family members who have served or are actively serving.
Kate Conquest
Kate Conquest oversees the service, succession, and renewal team for the Coldwell Banker franchise network. She started her real estate career as an administrative assistant in a boutique real estate office which later franchised with Coldwell Banker. Kate has experience in all aspects of real estate brokerage from sales, management, operations, compliance, training, and consulting. Combine Kate’s heart of servant leadership and obsession with growth and you get a support team committed and inspired to provide reliable and consistent real estate support to the best network in the industry.
Ruth Pasquale
Born and raised on Long lsland,New York. Graduated from the University of Vermont. I spent the first 21 years of my career working in the aerospace industry managing subsystem contracts. From there I worked for the New York City Transit Authority, first as a Chief Officer for Negotiations, responsible for managing teams involved in major contracting efforts and then moved into various division management positions. Last being Assistant Vice President for MetroCard Operations. In 2004 we purchased a small business in Florida. Sold it in 2009 and moved to the Florida Keys. I got my real estate license and went to work for Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co. first as an agent and within a year became the Sales Manager of the Lower Keys office and subsequently also became responsible for the Key West office. Today I work with Brian, the management team and the agents to support the continued success of Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate.
Shele Pandl
Shele Pandl has been a successful Realtor and Broker for over 30 years in the beautiful state of Nevada, specifically the Carson Valley and the Lake Tahoe areas and is the Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Select office in Minden. Prior to the merger with the Select Group in 2015, Shele was the Co-Owner and Broker of Century 21 Clark Properties, so a true fan of Anywhere/Realogy. Shele has 40 full-time agents and they have remained over the years in the Top 10 brokerages in Northern Nevada, which is a great source of pride. For giving back to the community, Shele was honored as Volunteer of the Year in 2023, Douglas County Director for Sierra Nevada Realtors, President of the Boys and Girls Club, and is a proud donor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. To whom much is given, much is expected – that is Shele’s motto!!
Steve DuBrueler
Steve DuBrueler started his real estate career in 1988 as an agent in Winchester, Virginia, where he became a top salesperson and earned national recognition as a 30 Under 30 recipient from the National Association of Realtors®. He eventually opened his own brokerage before buying the local Coldwell Banker franchise in 1995 and renaming it. Steve has become one of the real estate industry’s most revered leaders through his development and management of multiple high-growth companies with repeated success. With Steve at the helm, Coldwell Banker Premier is now one of the top 50 Coldwell Banker franchises in the nation, having earned the brand’s coveted Chairman’s Circle award as well as a place on the prestigious RealTrends 500 list of the country’s top real estate brokerages. The company’s award-winning relocation department has been an Anywhere Leads Network Platinum Award Winner for ten years, and for two years has received the President’s Club Award which recognizes the top 5% of brokers in the network. Ashley Dembowski
Ashley Dembowski is a highly experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in the real estate industry. Currently serving as the SVP of Affiliate Services & Operations at Coldwell Banker, Ashley spearheads revenue retention efforts for Coldwell Banker franchisees. With a background in sales management and consulting, Ashley has successfully overseen teams, budgets, and technological platforms within the industry. Ashley's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston and an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte.
Chris Lamoreaux
27 years of business ownership and executive level management, most recently involved with Coldwell Banker Commercial - Real Estate Solutions, which provides a full suite of real estate services including acquisition and disposal of real estate assets, tenant and landlord representation, property management, commercial insurance services, mergers and acquisitions of business opportunities, and project management. Coldwell Banker Home Source is our residential real estate company serving the High Desert area representing investors, home buyers & home sellers, short sales and REOs.
Booker Pickett
Booker Pickett brings more than 23 years of real estate experience to the company he founded, Pickett Fences Realty, Inc. As a real estate brokerage business, Pickett Fences Realty's mission is to educate and promote homeownership to potential homebuyers, especially those in underserved communities. Although he works with federal agencies and real estate investors, Booker has a special focus on assisting first time homebuyers and single parents achieve the American Dream! Booker Pickett obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Miami, where he was the recipient of a full football scholarship. After graduation, he began his career in the financial sector. After establishing himself as an investment banker, he followed his desire to help more people realize the dream of homeownership by founding Westchase Mortgage. After successfully assisting thousands of people obtain home financing, Booker transitioned from assisting buyers obtain financing, towards assisting buyers in educating themselves on the importance of homeownership, and helping them achieve that dream. Booker is a past president of the Tampa Bay Area Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). He also serves on NAREB’s Board of Directors (2018- present) and was installed as the Region VI Regional Vice President in July 2017. Booker is very active in his community as an advocate for equal and affordable housing opportunities for all. He actively supports initiatives to increase homeownership. He is married to Dr. Moneque Pickett, and is dad to five sons.
Ron Sweeney
Ron has been the Managing Partner of Coldwell Banker Heritage since December 2012. During that time, revenues and commissions have grown 170% to $1.53 Billion in annual sales volume. Coldwell Banker Heritage serves the Southwest Ohio corridor and the East Central Indiana areas and is the 5th largest Coldwell Banker Franchise in closed units in the network.Ron has over 30-years of Business and General Management experience in managing and leading sales organizations. Ron is a licensed realtor, but does not sell or compete with Coldwell Banker Heritage’s 535 agents in 11 sales offices.
